Before you rush in and make a purchase, though, it's essential to understand our return policy and what's expected of you as a customer.

Firstly, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry – we've got you covered. You can return your Tacx Flux 2 trainer within 60 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to keep proof of postage and use a 'signed for service' when returning goods.

If you receive an item that's faulty or not what you ordered, we'll cover the delivery cost of the return if it's within 14 days of delivery. However, if you've received the correct product and simply change your mind, you'll be accountable for the delivery cost in returning it to us.

When returning items, it's crucial to ensure they're in 'showroom condition' with their original packaging, tags, and a valid receipt/delivery note. This includes keeping the item in its original box and not riding it before returning it.

One important thing to note is that if we've delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection, you decide it's not the bike for you, we'll charge you £50.00 for collection. However, if we've sent you the incorrect bicycle, we'll cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply box up your items for return, include a cover note with the word 'REFUND' or 'EXCHANGE' inside, and follow these steps: use a recorded delivery method (always keep a copy of your receipt!) to send your package back to us. If you used the pay by Amazon option when checking out, please ensure you've included all necessary documentation.
